This is the privacy policy for franksfinaltouch.com and for Frank’s Final Touch, LLC, a mobile auto detailing business serving the greater Summerville and Charleston, South Carolina area. It explains what information we collect when you visit the site, book a detail, or talk to us, and what we do with it. We have kept it short and in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Contact details. Your name, email address, and phone number, collected when you book online or reach out to us.
• Service address. Where the vehicle will be parked, because we come to you.
• Vehicle details. Year, make, model, and condition notes, so we show up with the right plan and equipment.
• Payment information. Online bookings take a 10 percent deposit through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our systems. We see the payment confirmation, not your card details.
• Messages. Emails, texts, and chat messages you exchange with us are stored in our customer system so we have your history when you need us.

We collect this information from you directly. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

How we use it

• To take, confirm, and manage your bookings
• To perform the service: getting to the right address with the right setup for your vehicle
• To send booking confirmations and appointment reminders by email and, if you have opted in, by text
• To answer questions and provide customer service
• To send occasional offers and updates, only with your consent

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS program)

Frank’s Final Touch uses a business texting number to send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and, if you opt in, occasional offers.

You opt in by checking the consent box when you book, which reads: “I confirm that I want to receive content from this company using any contact information I provide.”

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Text HELP for help at any time.
• Text STOP to cancel. You can opt out whenever you like and we will stop texting you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that operate our systems, such as our CRM and messaging platform and our payment processor, and only so they can run those services for us.

Opting out of texts does not affect your booking. We can always reach you by email or phone instead.

Chats and our AI assistant

Some chats and texts may be answered first by Franky, our AI Wash Bot. It helps with quick answers and scheduling. Those conversations are stored in the same customer system as everything else, and a real person reviews them and takes over whenever needed. If you would rather talk to a human, just say so.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our business tools: our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel, which also operates as LeadConnector), our payment processor (Stripe), and Google services we use to run and understand the website. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar tools so it works properly and so we can understand how visitors use it, using Google services. The booking widget may also set cookies needed to complete your booking. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and most of the site will still work. We do not use cookies to sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and customer records while you are a customer and for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require. After that we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

Email us at franksfinaltouch@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we will honor deletion requests except for records we are legally required to keep.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
