Before you book

The four things everyone asks. For anything else, Franky, our AI wash bot, answers instantly in the chat bubble, any hour.

What does the deposit do? It is 10% of your package, paid online when you pick your time. It holds the slot as yours and comes straight off your total, so on detail day you only owe the rest.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Give us 48 hours notice and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours it rolls over to your rescheduled visit, so it is never lost.

Are you in my area? Almost certainly. We cover Summerville and the greater Charleston tri-county on roughly a 30-mile radius, free in our core area with a small travel fee on the longest trips. See the full service area.

Will you text me? Only if you ask us to. On the booking form, right after you pick your time, there is an SMS consent box you can tick. It is never ticked for you, and you can book without it. It reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Frank’s Final Touch at the mobile number I provided, about my booking: appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions I send.
